The Ultrawave Ultra Sonic process provides a simple and highly effective method of cleaning components allowing operatives the freedom to perform other tasks while the machine quietly gets on with the job.

Cleaning baths are available in a variety of sizes from 0.5 to 95 litres. Custom made units can be built to any dimensional requirements with power up to several KVA.

Ultrawave cleaners carry warranties extendible up to two years and the transducer bonding carries a five years guarantee. Units incorporate digital controls for setting heat and time using simple scroll through menus.

Used extensively in Medical, Surgical, Optical, Dental, Jewellery and Electronics fields the process is also highly effective in the more rugged Marine and Industrial environment. The baths are particularly useful with fuel injection parts and filters, which can be difficult to clean thoroughly. Accessories include stainless steel baskets for suspending the work and wheeled stands for the larger units.
